Pearce 4 Kids supports the teachers with training, resources, and the freedom to create a unique learning environment. We provide many opportunities for the teachers to share ideas and grow professionally. Our teachers create a caring and nurturing atmosphere that fosters each child’s creativity and positive self-image.
At Pearce 4 Kids we believe in helping children make sense of their world. This comes with naming our emotions, be ok with making mistakes, and learning from natural consequences. We establish consistent and appropriate limits to help children grow. Our programs are designed to develop in children a sense of independence and responsibility. It is our hope to strengthen each child’s own cultural identity, while instilling respect and care for others.
